SOMERSET -A report on the actions of Somerset town officials in a sexual harassment case revealed that fired Wareham Town Administrator John McAuliffe, when he was employed as Somerset's town administrator, failed to inform Somerset town employees of the town’s sexual harassment policy and did not ensure that copies of the policy were regularly distributed to all employees. The report comes as McAuliffe awaits a hearing with Wareham selectmen to dispute his recent dismissal by the board.

Track coach accused of attempted armed robbery
WAREHAM -A judge set $20,000 bail Tuesday for Wareham High School Track Coach Tom Gabriel Jr., 24, after he was arrested in Dartmouth Friday for allegedly taking part in an armed home invasion and attempted robbery.
