Up-and-coming disabled artists are showing off their creativity in a new exhibit now on display at the Stoneham Public Library. Until the end of August, visitors can peruse — and purchase — works designed by participants of the Center for Emerging Artists, a program run by the Arc of East Middlesex in Reading.
