Price ceiling proposed for Newton North High School
As the structure starts to take shape for the new Newton North High School and crews round into their second year of work, taxpayers finally have an idea of how much the new school will cost them.
The project, which has gone without a set budget since the first stakes were set in the ground last spring, is expected to cost $197.4 million, based on numbers submitted yesterday by the construction manager.
