In response to recent newspaper articles in the Patriot Ledger and Kingston Reporter, I submit the following comments regarding Officer Brock, Kingston Police Department.

It all begins again this week. The new year arrives with no risk of ice or snow, no jingle bells to box up or dead trees to haul away, and no tacky party hats, noise makers or cases of champagne. There will be no giant crystal-laden ball descending in Time Square, no Ryan Seacrest counting down the final seconds (though he does seem to be everywhere these days), and no Dick Clark to feel sorry for.
