Where pain doesn't mean gain

In her write up about why the group chose Brown, Rotary President Ingrid Miles said that as president of Ipswich Music, Arts and Drama Association, Brown has worked tirelessly to advocate, fundraise, administer and support the fine and performing arts programs in the Ipswich public schools.

The annual parade and race event will be held Friday, July 4. The parade will assemble at the Winthrop School on Central Street at 8 a.m.
