Local food takes center stage in Central Square
Cambridge -A Central Square family’s home was turned into what many described as a gourmet restaurant this past weekend. The event — coined ONCE, for One Night Culinary Event — was the brainchild of J.J. Gonson of Cuisine En Locale. It featured grilled meats, salads, side dishes and vegetables whose origins are close to Cambridge.
